Our service
London Junk Pros provides junk removal, furniture and appliance pickup, garage, basement, and property cleanouts in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. We load, haul, and clean up; you point to what goes.
Quotes and pricing
We price by the truck load, not by the hour. Our minimum is $80 (a single item or small pickup), part loads start at $120, and full loads are $220. Mattress, box spring, and fridges/freezers-with-coolant are +$20 each. Full cleanouts are quoted by volume. Your final price is confirmed by photo quote before we start.
Booking and confirmation
A quote is an estimate based on the photos and details you provide. The final price is confirmed on site before any work begins. By proceeding with the job, you accept the confirmed price.
Payment
Payment is collected once the load is confirmed. We accept cash and e-transfer. Full cleanouts and large jobs may require a deposit arranged in advance.
Access and safety
You are responsible for clear and safe access to the items. We cannot remove hazardous waste, paint, oil, asbestos, or open chemicals. If we cannot safely remove an item, we will let you know before work starts.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule before our crew arrives. For jobs with a deposit, our refund policy will be confirmed in writing when the deposit is arranged.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care with your property while loading and hauling. Our liability is limited to the value of the items being removed and does not cover pre-existing damage or inaccessible items we were not asked to move.
